Win on the deal,
not the discount.

Horcus sends one buyer’s exact requirement to every dealership on the panel at the same moment. You are not buying a lead. Nothing is charged for receiving a requirement, nothing for quoting, and nothing when you do not win the booking — there is one fee, on a confirmed booking that came from your offer.

A six-page pack: the model, a worked offer comparison, and the commercial terms. Sent by email, no obligation.

What it costs, and what it does not

A requirement that does not convert costs you nothing at all. There is no listing fee, no subscription, no monthly minimum, no cost per enquiry and no security deposit.

One fee, on a confirmed booking that came from your offer

Linked to the ex-showroom price of the vehicle actually booked, so it scales with the deal and not with your volume. Full clawback if the booking cancels within 30 days. How a booking is linked to an offer is set out in the Founding Partner Term Sheet.

Your pricing stays yours

Offers are never published, never aggregated, and never disclosed to any manufacturer or to another dealership. The only exception is disclosure compelled by law.

The sale never leaves your hands

You invoice, you deliver, you register. Horcus never takes custody of the vehicle, never collects the customer’s money for the car, and never appears on your invoice.

Either route counts

Whether the buyer books through the platform or walks into your showroom, the sale is yours. The fee is the same on both — it follows the booking, not the channel.

The rate card and the full terms sit in the Founding Partner Term Sheet and Operating Annexure, which are what you actually sign. Nothing on this page replaces them.

How a requirement reaches you

Every dealership on the panel sees the same requirement at the same moment. No sequencing, no priority, no preferred dealership.

01

The buyer specifies and pays

Exact variant, colour, transmission, exchange, finance need and delivery timeline. The ₹999 is non-refundable, which is what separates a buyer from an enquiry.

02

You receive it at no cost

Simultaneously with every other panel dealership. Nothing is charged for receiving a requirement, and nothing for choosing not to quote on it.

03

You submit one structured offer

Within seven open hours, counted in your business hours rather than clock hours. Price plus anything else you can commit to, each with a value you state yourself. A decline with a reason counts as a response.

04

The buyer chooses and books

If they choose you, you are invoiced once, after the booking is confirmed. If they do not, you are told the requirement closed — never the winning price, never the difference, never a rank.

More than one way to win the booking

Traditional quote comparisons reduce a dealership to a single number. This one does not. Every commitment you make is shown to the buyer, given a value, and compared alongside the price — value the buyer can actually use, not just a number off the price.

What you can build into an offer

Committed delivery date, variant and colour availability, allocation priority, accessory package, extended warranty, free service credits, exchange valuation and finance package.

What we ask of you

One named contact who can authorise a discount without escalating, quotes in the standard format, and offers you will honour. No software to install, no DMS integration.

The founding partner programme

Horcus is at pilot stage on the UP-16 corridor — Noida and Greater Noida. The founding dealership panel is being assembled now, ahead of opening to buyers.

Founding partners get terms built for that stage: a rate held for twelve months from the first transaction, a panel seat that is never given away to another dealership, and exit on thirty days’ notice — no cause required, no lock-in, and nothing owed beyond fees already due.
